Private Event Party

Service Description

The Basics: Its private, no public access. From 50 up to 150 gamers if you like. The Details: Private parties are in 2-hour increments. You will have access to our building and party room for 2 hours. $7 for each additional guest over your chosen limit. The party room deposit is non-refundable after booking. We allow access 30 minutes before your event so you can set up. If more time is needed, please notify us in advance. You are allowed to bring your own food but please, no ice cream cake. Adding additional hours are $100 each hour - Contact us for custom times and arrangements Reminders: Reserved event times can not be extended due to late starts. Please arrive on time. The party room deposit is non-refundable after booking. You can come in a half hour early to set up if needed. If you need more time let us know. Drinks with caps are highly recommended but not mandatory No alcohol allowed on premises We want to avoid charging extra for cleaning deposits so let's try our best to keep it clean. Thank you
